How to use a jade facial roller?
Place the large end of the jade roller on your chin apply medium pressure and roll it towards your ear repeat in the same spot five to six times and then move to the opposite
Use it in the morning or at night after your cleansing routine. Simply roll the large end of the jade roller over your face towards the ear and neck towards the chin for a minute to two. The other smaller rolling stone end is for the chin, nose, and eyes.
You can use it with your favorite serum. The Jade Roller may be placed in the refrigerator or the freezer to increase toning effects.
How to use a gua sha?
Moisturize your face with any hydrating serum, lotion, or face oil. Always place it flat across the skin and drag towards not away. You can use the notched side on the back of your neck, chin, collar bones, or shoulder side (towards the face).
Anchor your index finger onto the chin and slightly glide the notched end towards your ears or brow bone. Use the other side for your chin, under the eyes, or forehead.
